1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Patriot Facility Maintenance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Patriot Facility Maintenance provides comprehensive facility maintenance and repair services nationwide, including but not limited to:

• General maintenance and contracting
• Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services
• Landscaping and snow removal
• Building renovations and repairs
• Emergency response services (24/7)
• Specialized trade services

We hold NC General Contractor License # L.85440.

3. Service Agreements

Individual service engagements may be subject to additional terms outlined in separate service agreements, work orders, or proposals. In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for that particular engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about service needs
• Ensure safe access to work areas for our personnel and vendors
• Notify us promptly of any hazardous conditions or special requirements
• Make timely payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors and subcontractors working with Patriot Facility Maintenance agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance as required
• Perform work in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards
• Submit accurate documentation and invoices
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to require deposits or advance payment for certain services.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties for materials or workmanship may be provided in individual service agreements. We will promptly address any deficiencies in our work when reported within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Facility Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Our approved vendors are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage as well.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service arrangements with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Cancellation of scheduled services may be subject to cancellation fees if not provided with adequate notice. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, civil unrest, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
